Most Auckland apartment buildings with more than a handful of units have a body corporate. It sets the rules for how moves happen in common areas. These rules vary a lot between buildings, so the first thing to do is contact the building manager or body corporate directly.

Ask these questions: Is there a designated moving time window? Many Auckland buildings only allow moves between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays, or restrict Saturday moves. Some ban Sunday moves entirely.
